Just Face It MedSpa partners with PeakAxis Health to offer medical weight loss from the comfort of home. Getting started is simple:
- Complete the questionnaire. Click the button below to go to PeakAxis Health and fill out a short medical questionnaire.
- Check your email. You'll receive a welcome email with a link to schedule your visit.
- Book your virtual appointment. Meet with Steph, FNP-BC, by video to review your health history and goals.
- Receive your medication. If you're approved, your medication ships directly to your door.
Medication is prescribed only if clinically appropriate following your medical evaluation. Weight loss is booked through PeakAxis Health, not through Just Face It.
A medical screening is required before IV therapy, weight loss treatments, and laughing gas (Pro-Nox).
The treatment
What is medical weight loss?
It's a GLP-1 weight management program through PeakAxis Health, with medical care behind it. Stephanee Click, RN, MSN, FNP-BC, is the nurse practitioner provider for our weight loss clients. If a medical evaluation shows medication is right for you, it's prescribed and shipped to your door, and your dose is set for you and checked as you go. Once you're approved, Grace, RN, can build you a custom meal plan as a separate, optional service.
Who is a candidate?
Adults who want medical support with weight management and are ready to start with a full health history. Not everyone is a candidate for medication. Some conditions, pregnancy, and certain medications rule it out, and that's decided at your evaluation, not on a website.
Prescription only
Prescription medication is only offered after a medical evaluation. Results vary. Not all patients are candidates. Side effects possible. Consult with a provider.

What does the weight loss program include?
Stephanee Click, RN, MSN, FNP-BC, as your nurse practitioner provider through PeakAxis Health, with a video visit to review your health history and goals. When a medical evaluation shows it's appropriate, medication is prescribed and shipped to your door, and your provider sets your dose and keeps checking in. A custom meal plan from Grace, RN, is a separate, optional add-on. Results vary, and not everyone is a candidate for medication.
How do I book?
Weight loss is booked through PeakAxis Health, not through Just Face It. Fill out the short medical questionnaire at peakaxishealth.com, or scan the PeakAxis QR code you'll see around Just Face It and on our Instagram and Facebook. You'll get a welcome email with a link to schedule your video visit with Steph.
Is medication part of it?
Only if it's right for you. Medication is prescription only, offered after a medical evaluation, not right for everyone, and can have side effects. When it's prescribed, it ships directly to your door.
How is this different from a regular diet plan?
A regular plan stops at food and exercise. Here a nurse practitioner reviews your health history and can prescribe treatment if a medical evaluation shows it's appropriate. And if you want a meal plan, it comes from a registered nurse who builds it around you and your goals.
How much weight will I lose?
No one can promise you a number, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Results vary with your health, your plan and, if prescribed, your medication. Your provider talks through realistic expectations at your evaluation.
Do you offer peptides too?
PeakAxis Health also runs a peptide wellness program. You can ask about it at your visit with Steph.
